Already have a builder and a plan? I can be engaged to support your project as it goes. I don't run the build; I will reviews the design, guides your selections, walk the site with your trades at key stages and check the finish before handover, so the details you planned are the details you get.

How I charge

Charged per site visit, or by the hour for plan reviews and selections, so you only pay for the help you use. I can also quote a set of visits up front, for example pre-wire, pre-line and before handover.

What this isn't: a building inspection or project management. Your builder runs the job, and the council's inspectors still sign off the work.

Pre-wire comes round fast. Ask your builder for the date and give me 5 working days' notice. For urgent visits, call me and I'll come when I can.

5 working days for a pre-wire or pre-pipe visit. If it's urgent, call me and I'll come when I can.

Do you replace my builder or project manager?

No. Your builder still runs the job and the council's inspectors still sign it off. I'm there for the design decisions: where the switches, outlets, heat pumps and taps go.
